Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • For subscription boxes, you may pause or skip a week through your account dashboard.

Refunds

  • If you receive damaged or spoiled produce, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

  • Refunds or replacement will be processed at our discretion.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
